SERVICES
What We Do
Management Accounting
Regular reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and practical financial insight to help you run your business with confidence.
Financial Accounting
Preparation of yearend accounts, Companies House filings, and support with statutory responsibilities.
Taxation
Selfassessment, corporation tax, and practical guidance to help you stay compliant and avoid surprises.
Governance & Compliance
Support for directors, trustees, individuals and company officers — ensuring your organisation meets its legal and regulatory obligations.
ACSPEnabled Filing
As an Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP), we can file statutory documents with enhanced regulatory assurance.
ACSP STATUS & ECCTA
Authorised Corporate Service Provider (ACSP)
Daybooks Limited is supervised by CIMA as an Authorised Corporate Service Provider. This means we meet strict standards for:
- Professional conduct
- AntiMoney Laundering (AML) supervision
- Identity verification
- Secure handling of statutory filings
Identity Verification Under ECCTA
The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act introduces new identity verification requirements for:
Company directors
Persons with Significant Control (PSCs)
As an ACSP, we are authorised to carry out identity checks using secure biometric and document-based systems.
Important Note
Daybooks is not currently verifying directors for ECCTA purposes.
We recommend all directors complete their own Companies House verification — it’s quick, secure, and designed to protect the integrity of the UK corporate register.
This is separate from the AML identity checks we must complete for all clients.
CLIENT PORTAL
Secure Document Sharing & Approvals
We use a secure online portal to keep your information safe and your workflow simple.
- Through the portal you can:
- Access documents such as accounts and tax returns
- Review and approve filings
- Upload information securely
- Track what’s been submitted and when
When a document is ready, you’ll receive an email inviting you to log in and choose Authorise or Reject.
Your approval through the portal counts as formal consent for submission to HMRC, Companies House, or other bodies.
