This factsheet outlines our standard fees for preparing and submitting your annual self-assessment tax return. Final scope and pricing will be confirmed in your engagement letter based on your advised records and circumstances. All services are provided subject to availability.

1 Our fee does not include a review of your pension annual allowance eligibility or any assessment of unused brought-forward allowances from earlier tax years. We will not verify whether you have available allowances unless we have prepared all relevant prior year tax returns and pension input documentation. If you require a full eligibility check, this can be quoted separately upon request.

  • Fees are based on actual pages completed which may differ from initial quote or engagement letter.3
  • Fees may be reviewed annually in line with inflation, scope changes, or regulatory updates
  • Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date
  • Interest may be charged on overdue amounts under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998

3 The standard fee for basic return and any supplementary pages are specifically priced and agreed in advance. If, during preparation, an additional supplementary page is identified as necessary and you choose not to proceed with that item, we will not submit the return. In such cases, we reserve the right to disengage and will invoice for all work completed up to that point, including review and preparation time.
